Red cabbage and kohlrabi slaw

Serves 6 as a side.

vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free

Ingredients

1/2 red cabbage, finely sliced

1 large kohlrabi, finely sliced

1 apple, cored and cut into small chunks

3/4 cup walnut pieces

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp olive oil (the better the quality the better the taste of your salad)

1 tsp Maldon salt

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a large bowl, stir, and serve!
