Quantities can be reduced proportionally.
vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free
4 lb French or runner beans
3 lb onions
2 - 3 pints cider vinegar
1 3/4 lb sugar
2 - 3 oz raisins
3 oz cornflour
2 tsp mustard powder
1 oz turmeric powder
salt
