35g salted butter
extra virgin olive oil
400g purple sprouting broccoli, chopped into 3cm chunks

1 red chilli, seeds removed & finely sliced

60g stale crusty bread
30g walnuts
125g hard goat’s cheese, grated with the star side of a box grater
