Spinach pesto pasta

vegan, dairy free, vegetarian

gluten free possible - use GF pasta

Ingredients

150-200g pasta

1/2 cup peas

For the spinach pesto:

4 garlic cloves

2 cups spinach (we used loads more and it was fine!)

1/2 cup basil, packed

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 lemon, juiced

For the almond Parmesan (or just use regular Parmesan if you're not vegan!):

1 cup almonds

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon salt
