Green salad with chickpeas and buckwheat

I felt so healthy and clean after eating this: not only did it taste great, but it also used loads of my harvest!


Serves 2-3 as a main meal

Ingredients

For the salad:
80g buckwheat groats
150g purple sprouting broccoli
80g peas
1 tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Rocket to dress the top of the salad

For the pesto:
25g Brazil nuts 
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
60g fresh rocket
10g fresh basil
4 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
