Cauliflower crust pizza

I'm increasingly curious about the uses for cauliflower, so when the cauli started being harvested I decided to experiment.

Serves 2

vegetarian (depending on the cheese used), gluten free

Ingredients

1 large cauliflower head

1 free range egg

1 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt

½ cup grated mature cheddar cheese

Tomato pizza sauce

100-150g tomato passata

1 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic minced

⅓ tsp dried oregano

salt to taste

Mozzarella
